Ada Faulk Warr Obituary

Mrs. Ada Beatrice Faulk Warr of Luverne passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at the age of 95.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Myrice McNabb officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 A.M. Saturday, one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

Mrs. Warr enjoyed sewing and making crafts. She made capes for the Dothan High School band and also was known for her wedding dresses. She enjoyed anything connected with sewing.

She loved her family dearly and enjoyed the family gatherings at her home.

She is preceded in death by her parents Charlie Everett Faulk and Bessie Teal Faulk, husband of her children Claudie Slawson, husband Billy Warr, brothers, Ralph Faulk, Gene Faulk, Bryant Faulk and one sister Sue Harding.

Survivors include son Calvin Slawson, daughters Catherine Slawson Jernigan, Jane Slawson Lester, brother, Charles Faulk, sister Mary Anna Smith, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
