Charles Mills Obituary
Charles O. Mills of Cowarts passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019. He was 55.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, May 25, 2019 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ricky Martin, Reverend Cory Thomas, and Adam Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Friday, May 24, 2019.
Mr. “Opie” Mills was born August 29, 1963, the son of the late Charles Mills and Martha Mills. Opie has been married to his loving wife, Janice, for 24 years. They are members of Faith Baptist Church in Cowarts.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Christina Mills and father Charles Mills.
Survivors include his wife Janice Mills, mother Martha Mills, two sons Casey Mills (Amber) and Scottie Enfinger (Sara); three daughters Megan Pierce (Jerald), Kathy Burch (Pat), Stephanie Winslett (Mark), grandchildren Samson, Hayden, Avery, Rachel, Luke, Aaron, Lauren and one great-grandchild, Brooks, brothers and sisters Tim Mills (Nena), Melissa Martin (Ricky), Kim Hall (Randy), and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is loved and will be very missed by many.
