Jane Elizabeth Gilley

Mrs. Jane E. Gilley of Headland passed away Friday, February 2, 2018. She was 71.

Mrs. Jane Gilley was born in Louisville, Kentucky January 2, 1947 to Mr. James Martin and Mrs. Dorothy Weeks Martin. She graduated from St. Columbia High School. Jane was the store manager at A.W. Herndon for over 34 years and was owner of Little Indian Trucking.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Daniel Patrick Hargadon; brother, Robert William Martin.

Survivors include her husband Jerry Wayne Gilley;  daughters, Robin Lynn Rutherford of Columbia, Al, Kimberly Jane Stanley (Michael) of Dothan, Al, and April Hargadon of Huntsville, Al; sons, Timothy Jerome Barnes of Atlanta, Ga, Sean Allen Baines of Headland, Al.; sister, Joyce Ann Hughes (Don Jackson) of Dothan, Al; brother, Mark Martin; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.      

The family will receive friends from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Father Gallagher officiating
