Kathyleene Pittman Gulledge

Kathyleene Pittman Gulledge, 83, of Rehobeth met her sweet Jesus on Monday, February 5, 2018 after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Jerry Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at Piney Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, February 7, 2018, one hour prior to the service. At other times the family will receive friends at their home. Mrs. Gulledge was born December 10, 1934, the daughter of the late James Marion And Allie Braswell Pittman. She retired from SAMC after 49 years of nursing. She was a member of Piney Grove UMC. She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband of 43 years James Marvin Gulledge, son James Wayne Gulledge, granddaughter April Lee Gulledge, four brothers Willie James, Dewey Lee, William Levi and Oscar George Pittman, and three sisters Bertha Nolin, Sara Smith, Cupidean “Sissy” McLaney. Survivors include one son Joseph Michael Gulledge (Torri), one daughter Brenda Gulledge DaSilva, two grandson Jason and Ray Gulledge, one granddaughter Stephanie Dawn Walker, two greatgranddaughters Jennifer Danielle and Alyssa Kathryn Walker, one brother JL Pittman (Becky), and one sister Jeffie Ward, a daughter-in-law Peggy Gulledge Leeder and numerous nieces and nephews.
