Lonnnie L. Parker

Lonnie Parker, 82, passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018 in Dothan. He was born to Lonnie and Queen Parker in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Lonnie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle. He was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed reading. He was a very outspoken and opinionated   person who always had encouraging words to share with others.

Funeral Service will be Friday, June 1, 2018 at 2 pm at Ward Wilson Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral service.

Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, two sisters, and a son.

Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years: Venecia Parker, sons: Lonnie Parker Jr.(Constance), Trevor Parker (Ann Marie), and Willie Jackson (Melissa), daughter; Elieen Renfroe;  several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and many loving family members and friends.
