Rena Dell (Best) Knight

Rena Best Knight, 82, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 29, 2018. She was born on August 23, 1936 to Hubert Best and Pauline Best (Croom).

Funeral Service: 2 PM, Friday, August 31, 2018 at Westwood Presbyterian  Church with visitation beginning at 12 Noon at the church, burial to following at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend James Miller will be officiating.

Rena was a loving mother, grandmother, who will be sadly missed by her family. She worked at Wex Tex Industries in Ashford for over 30 years as a seamstress. Rena enjoyed going fishing, cooking, baking. She had a love for cats.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Howard Knight, brother: Jasper Best, and a sister: Rita Best.

Survivors: Daughter: Wanda Witter (Wally), sons: George and Sammy Lewis, seven grandchildren, eleven great- grandchildren, sister-in-law: Judy Best, and several nephews, nieces, cousins, and loving family members.
