Robert “Bobby” Meader, 62, passed away in Dothan on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. He was born in Wauchula, FL. to Robert McCoy Meader and Sylvia Marie Meader (Corley).

A memorial service will be announced later.

Bobby was a loving husband, father, brother, and a grandfather. Bobby was known as a hardworking man who took care of his family. He enjoyed going fishing and working as a rancher as he worked on a dairy farm for over 25 years. Bobby loved his dogs and was an outgoing person. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all.

Preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother: Sylvia Williams, wife of 30 years: Charlotte Meader (Plumley); sons: Robert (Tabietha) Meader, David Meader. and Rodney Meader, daughter: Tabbatha (Eddie) Canada, eleven grandchildren, two sisters: Ila (Jr) Massey, and Mary Brown.
