Rose Hicks Obituary
Mrs. Rose Marie Hicks passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the age of 83.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, May 31, 2019 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Mike Grimes officiating. A private graveside will follow the service.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 A.M. Friday, one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
Mrs. Hicks is preceded in death by her husband John Lee Hicks, sisters Audra Mae Presley, June Delaney, Ester Wilemon, Joyce Speigner, LaVelle Parker and brothers Buddy Gentle and Jeeby Gentle.
Survivors include sons Johnny Hicks (Susan) of Niceville, FL; Jerry Hicks (Myra) of Panama City, FL; Eddy Hicks (Cindy) of Ashford; grandchildren Kristen and Tommy Joe Whiddon, Karly Hicks, Kasen Hicks, Alex (Michaela) Hicks, Tyler Hicks, C.J. Hicks, great-grandchildren Campbell and Beau Whiddon and several nieces and nephews.
