Barbara Kay (Stanfield) Coker

Beverly Kay Coker, age 61, of Taylor, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 20, 2021.

Born November 26, 1959, in Albany, Georgia to Nan Crews Stanfield and the late Charles Stanfield, Beverly was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She enjoyed music and singing gospel songs. She also enjoyed all types of arts and crafts, including painting, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and loving on her grandchildren.

Beverly is preceded in death by her father, Charles Stanfield.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Coker; her sons, Wes Davenport (Misty), Ben Davenport (Molly), and Daniel Davenport (Chastity); her daughter, Victoria Bush (Cole Caviness); her step-daughter, Leslie Robinson; her mother, Nan Stanfield; her grandchildren, Landon Davenport, McKenzie Davenport, Jake Davenport, David Davenport, Claire Davenport, Sara Davenport, Michael Davenport, Sam Davenport, and Bryce McDaniel; her brothers, Chuck Stanfield, David Stanfield, and L. Robert Stanfield; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Church with Reverend Ricky Plummer officiating.
