Bobby Ann (Brooks) Strickland

Bobby Ann Strickland, 87, passed away Friday, September 16, 2022. She was born on September 21, 1934, in Dothan to the late Henry Foy Brooks and Maude (Jefferies) Brooks.

Funeral Services will be 11 AM, Monday, September 19, 2022 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Memory Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until service time.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Strickland and brother, Dr. William Burton “Bill” Brooks.

Survivors include her children, Jeffrey (Gina) Strickland, and Dawn (James) Etress, sisters, Janet Andrews and Betty Granberry, grandchildren, Joshua (Briana) Etress, Jody (Elizabeth) Etress, Leah Grace Strickland, and Luke Strickland, great-grandchildren, Lincoln Etress, Rowan Etress, Archer Etress, Grady Etress, and Carrye Etress, along with several nephews, nieces, and loving family members and friends.
