Catherine (Thorne) Chandler

Mrs. Catherine Thorne Chandler, age 89, of Dothan, passed away Monday, February 3, 2020.                                                        

Catherine was born February 25, 1930 in Houston County to the late Joe Thorne and Cora Dukes Thorne. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willis Chandler; and seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her brothers, Billy (Linda) Thorne and Fraiser (Lee) Thorne; her sister, Joann Merritt; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, February 7, 2020 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Stacy Stafford officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Covenant Hospice.
