Eddy Bruce Barber

Eddy Bruce Barber, 85, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on April 17, 2024.

He is of the Baptist Faith. Born November 20, 1938 in Seminole County, Georgia to the Late William Pryor and Faye Kirkland Barber.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Brother Bruce Barber, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery in Donalsonville, GA at 3PM (EST) with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral on Saturday, April 20, 2024, one hour prior to the service.

Bruce is preceded in death by his wife Diana H. Barber; a brother Billy Barber and a sister Rosalyn Hayes.

He leaves to cherish his memory one son Bruce Barber, Jr. (Jada) of Prospect, TN; three daughters, Stephanie Agnew of Dothan, AL; Natalie Golden (Dean) of St. James, MO; and Rhonda Woodham of Dothan, AL; two sisters Beverly Coleman of Dothan, AL; and Kathy Williams of Colquitt, GA; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

His occupations here on earth included farming and management with Kingsford Charcoal and Deerpark Water until his retirement.

The family would like to thank Southern Care Hospice, especially Kara, Morgan and Shannon.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Jerry Branch, Dean Golden, Ryan Golden, Austin Ridenhour, Brody Woodham and Terry Elmore.
