Ellen Lindsea Storm Duncan, a resident of Cottonwood, died early Monday morning, March 24, 2025 at Southeast Health. She was 29.
Ellen was born August 29, 1995 in Panama City, Florida to James Lee and Rhonda Riley Duncan. She grew up in the Cottonwood and Ashford area and was a 2012 graduate of Ashford Academy and also enjoyed horseback riding.
Ellen is preceded in death by her father, James Lee Duncan and her grandaddy, Dale M. Miller.
Survivors include her son, Jeremiah Duncan; mother, Rhonda Duncan; brother, Zeke Mason and her grandmother, Etta Carol Miller.
