James Stanley Bonner Obituary
James Stanley Bonner, age 73, of Ashford, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025.
Stanley was born August 6, 1952 in Houston County, Alabama to the late Billy Marl Bonner and Grace Adams Bonner. As a truck driver, Stanley enjoyed travelling and seeing different places. He was also an avid Alabama Crimson Tide football fan and everyone knew where he could be found on those fall Saturdays during football season.
In addition to his parents, Stanley is preceded in death by his brothers, Danny Bonner and Phil Bonner.
Stanley is survived by his sister, Gayle Patterson (Larry); sister-in-law, Sharlette Bonner; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Graveside services for Stanley will be held at 10 AM, Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Rocky Creek Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Billy Womack officiating and Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
