Kenneth Phillips Obituary
Kenneth Earl Phillips, a resident of Cowarts died Sunday, May 24, 2026 at his residence. He was 64.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM, Thursday, May 28, 2026 in the chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Hosea Parker officiating.
Kenny Earl was born August 16, 1961 in Dothan, Alabama to the late Henry Middleton and Ruby Nell Tice Phillips, Jr. He was a lifelong resident of Cowarts and retired from the City of Dothan in 2006 as a Truck Driver. Kenny Earl will be remembered as a simple man that enjoyed time with family. He was known as the neighborhood mechanic and would help anybody in any way. Some may remember Kenny Earl as “Chow Hound”.
Kenny is preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Connie and Judy Carol Willis.
Survivors include his siblings, Lisa Bennis, Billy Ray Willis and Bubba Willis; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
