Lydia Louise King Obituary

Mrs. Lydia Louise King, age 85, of Dothan, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

Louise was born September 16, 1936 in Frisco City, Alabama to the late Emmitt Felix Pugh, Sr. and Lydia Marie Ousley Pugh. Lydia enjoyed reading in her spare time and taking care of her grandchildren.

Louise is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie King and her son Gus Allen King.

She is survived by her daughters, Bessie Metzger (Richard), Debbie Shirah (Robert Kennedy), and Janet McLaughlin; her son, Ricky King (Sharon); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sisters, Judy Alderman and Linda Caulder; her brothers, James Pugh, Larry Pugh, and Jimmy Pugh; many other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date
