Margie Leger Hill

Margie Leger Hill, 85, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Dothan. She was born on January 24, 1933 in Blakely, GA. to John Henry Askew and Agnes Askew (Bynum).

Funeral Service: 2 PM, Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service, burial to follow in Memory Hill Cemetery.

Margie was a loving mother, grandmother who enjoyed crocheting, sewing, especially wedding and pageant dresses. Margie also made ceramics. She enjoyed going dancing, cooking and spending time her family.

The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at Westside Terrance for their care for Margie. Pallbearer's for the service will be Anthony Rodgers,Chad Lisenby,Steve Atwell ,Bryson Hardy,Ben Hostetter , and Jason Carmack .

Preceded in death by her parents, husband: Z.B. Leger, brother: Howard Askew, sister: Nell Hall.

Survivors: husband: Sanford Hill, daughters: Diane Buntyn (Gerald) and Debbie Hostetter (Dwight), son: Mike Webb, grandchildren: Summer Lisenby, Jennifer Stringfellow (Carl), Stacey Carmack (Jason), Benjamin Hostetter , Chase Webb (Anna), Kellie Griffin, Kevin Webb, and Lindsey Webb, fifteen great grandchildren, several nephews, nieces and loving family members.
