Paul Monroe McDonald, Sr.,70, a resident of Slocomb, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021, with his loving family by his side. He was born on April 17, 1951, in Geneva, AL., to the late Dewey Roe McDonald and Ada Ilene (Lamb) McDonald.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny Mack McDonald, Dewey Herbert McDonald sisters, Martha Floyd, Olene McDonald and a daughter, Alissa Thompson.

Survivors include his wife, Laura McDonald, children, Krystal (John Hanks) McDonald, Samantha (Corey) Jiminez, and Paula Hribal, sister, Joane (Gary) Pedigo, grandchildren, Alyssa McDonald-Ward, Krystina Hanks, Blake Jiminez, and Daniel (D.C) Thompson.
