Phillip Wilson Obituary
Mr. Phillip C. Wilson of Dothan passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 at the age of 63.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ralph Sigler officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 3 P.M. Thursday, May 9, 2019, one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Wilson was a member at Harvest Church. Mr. Wilson worked at Dunbarton for 22 years, after Dunbarton he taught history and science and worked at Southside Walmart for 10 years. Phillip was a Vietnam Vet in the Air Force. He was a field Medic, Staff Sergeant and EMT. He also was a medic and EMT for over 20 years outside of the Military. He loved Books, Chess, and Astronomy.
He is preceded in death by his parents Finley Wilson and Evelene Thompson Wilson, and a brother Butch Wilson.
Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Stephanie Wilson, children Desire’ Wilson, Nikki Wilson, Isaac Wilson, 3 brothers Jerry Wilson (Nina), Gary Wilson (Stephanie), Randy Wilson, one sister Gail Wilson and several nieces and nephews.
