Roger Dell Kennedy

Roger Dell Kennedy of Dothan passed away Monday, December 8, 2025, at the age of 76.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Friday, December 12, 2025, at Ward Wilson Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 20, 2025, at the Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Heflin, Al.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 3 P.M. Friday, one hour prior to the service.

Roger was born September 14, 1946, to the late Junior Horace and Marcella Kennedy.

Along with his parents, Roger is preceded in death by his grandson, Paxton Kennedy.

He is survived by his wife, Betty L. Kennedy of Dothan, sons, Dale Kennedy of Dothan. Lane Kennedy of Wicksburg, Wayne Kennedy of Dothan, brother, Bill Junior Kennedy (Joan) of Leeds, AL., grandchildren, Dustin Kennedy (Heather), Cody Kennedy (Courtney), Kay Kennedy, Braxton Kennedy (Savannah), great-grandchildren, Sophia, Taylor, Annabeth, Karaliese, Juliet, Ellie Jane,  Cayden, Chloe, Colton, and Mary Martin, and special friend, Susan Nand (Rob).
