Sarah Harper Obituary
Mrs. Sarah E. Harper of Pansey passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the age of 79.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 P.M. Thursday, one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Rocky Creek United Methodist Church, PO Box 677, Ashford, Al 36312.
Mrs. Harper is preceded in death by her parents Willie Eric Smith and Dollie Mae Turner Smith, and sisters, Marsha Webb, Pauline Hicks and Betty Strickland.
Survivors include her husband Gerald Harper, sons Keith Harper (Theresa), Stacy Harper (Dianna), daughter Jenia Beason (Scott), grandchildren Nathan Harper (Rebecca), Courtney Howard, Mallory, Hunter, Sara Anne Harper, Ashley and Taylor Beason, Kellan Bryan (Matthew), Hayden Harrison, great-granddaughter Laney Grace Harper, great-grandsons Cooper and Carson Bryan, sisters Martha Shelley and Annette Gamble and several nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to her sitters Mary and Brenda Smiley and to Kindred Home Health for their support and care.
