Sharon Jeanine McCall, a beacon of love and selflessness, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2024, at the age of 64, in her hometown of Taylor, Alabama. Born on December 21, 1959, in the same close-knit community, Sharon's spirited nature and generous heart touched the lives of all who knew her.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, November 4, 2024, at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Chad Hixson officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until 11 A.M. in the chapel.

Sharon's journey through life was marked by her unwavering devotion to her family and her faith. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Eugene Tew and Nancy Smith, her stepfather, Charlie Smith, her husband, Chuck McCall, the father of her child, Riley Lisenby, Jr., and her brother, Bobby Tew. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by those she leaves behind, including her son, Justin Lisenby (Traci); her sister, Judy Thomley (Reggy); her brother, Mike Smith; her adored grandchildren, Kaden, Sebastian, and Cooper; her special friend, Bruce Leverett; and her close friends, Tammy Watson and Lynn Jordan.

Sharon's commitment to her community was evident in her faithful involvement with Rehobeth Baptist Church, where she served and fostered many lifelong friendships. Her work history and association involvement were extensions of her loving nature, as she consistently put the needs of others before her own.

Those who knew Sharon will remember her as the embodiment of love and selflessness. Her spirit and kindness will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have felt the warmth of her presence.
