Troyce Arnold Perkins

Troyce Arnold Perkins of Dothan passed away October 28, 2021 at the age of 86.

Troyce was in born in Altoona, AL on July 26, 1935 to the late Earnest and Annie Mae Perkins. Troyce served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1974, where he did two tours in Korea and two tours in Vietnam. He received two Bronze Stars, two Army Commendation Medals, and multiple other commendations and awards.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Yung Perkins of Dothan; sons, Ernest Perkins (Barbara) of Pittsboro, IN, Steven Perkins (Karla) of Muskegon, MI, Terry Perkins (Tammy) of Huntsville, AL, James Perkins of Huntsville, AL, John Perkins of Buford, GA, and Charles Perkins (Jamie) of Pace, FL; and 12 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 6-8 PM at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.
