Mrs. Carrie Mae Cosby of Ashford passed away Friday, October 21, 2016. She was 88. Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Ashford City Cemetery with Reverend Kyle Robertson and Reverend Terry Drinkwater officiating and Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7 PM, Monday, October 24, 2016. Flowers will be accepted. Mrs. Cosby is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Cosby. Mrs. Cosby is survived by her daughter Angie McSwain (Paul West) of Ashford; granddaughter Kalee McSwain (Jake McDaniel ) of Nashville, TN; step-grandchild Mason West; and special niece and nephew James and Frances Grubbs.
