A wonderful woman! She brought light and joy into my life. She was a teacher, friend, counselor, a second mother at times, and most importantly my grandma. I have so many wonderful memories of her. Watching her crochet, digging around in the back patch and front garden, her love of roses and animals especially cats, seeing her at school with my mom every day, and sitting around the dinner table as a family to name a few. I love you Granny! You are no longer suffering. Yes, you have left this world behind but I will rejoice knowing I will see you again one day in Heaven.

Remember going to Aunt Sue's next door with my mom. Me and Robbie would go over to visit with Brenda and Martha. She will be greatly missed. Wish I could afford to do more. Wanda

I will never forget your no nonsense way of dealing with us kids. You will be sorely missed. To the rest of my family, I wish I could be there to hold you in my arms but know that I will be praying that you find comfort in the arms of the One who matters most.

Becky, Martha & all your family. I addressed this to just you two girls, as you are the ones I remember. Not sure if y'all even remember me or not. It's only been 50-55 years probably! My Mother & I used to visit at your home & we studied the Bible together using a large pinkish/orange colored book with pictures & of course the Bible. We probably came once every week for months & months, maybe longer. At any rate, I remember y'all & wanted you to know I am sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. When tragedy strikes any family, it is a grim reminder of the truthfulness of the Bible's words at 1 Corinthians 15:26, that death is indeed an "enemy". The Bible records the accounts of 8 different humans that were resurrected or brought back to life right here to this earth & to their loved ones. That gives us reassurance that our loved ones too can be resurrected back to this earth & to our enjoyment. Imagine being able to see our loved ones again, right here on a paradise earth, with no sickness, old age or death! That is the promise found at Revelation 21: 3 & 4. But for now, may the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1: 3 & 4) be with you & all your family. Sincerely, Debbie Faris Henley
